Patricia is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has successfully completed advanced coach training at inviteChange in Washington. She is a graduate of the Newfield Network ICF-accredited coach training program in Boulder, Colorado, and has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training at the Center for Mindfulness in Zürich, Switzerland. Patricia is a certified Positive Psychology Coach and a certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach. She holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Vermont. In addition to her private integrative coaching practice, Patricia has lived and worked internationally for 23 years as a private coach, educator and counselor at international schools in Spain, Jordan, Pakistan and Switzerland, with frequent travels to Japan and Serbia. After 16 years living in Zürich, she transitioned to Denver in 2018 and continues to offer private coaching.
Patricia’s core mission is to support individuals to connect with the many facets of their inner and outer being, to thrive and to make a significant and sustainable difference in their own and others’ lives, contributing to building a flourishing society.
Patricia brings a global mindset and international experience to the coaching engagement. Her work with clients includes a broad spectrum of domains such as adjusting to new work environments, career changes, inspiring and supporting leaders, cross-cultural relations, transitions - to new countries, new academic settings - and a multitude of life’s challenges and situations.
Embedded in her coaching is a focus on well-being through an awareness and strength-based approach, integrating mindfulness-based practices. Patricia’s coaching is grounded in modern neuroscience, ontological coaching and positive psychology. Using insight-based learning and reflective inquiry, clients experience long term behavioral change. Patricia’s heart-centered and integrative approach focuses on the present, develops attention and potential, and brings conscious awareness to life-situations.

Patricia’s clients include NGO’s, executives, parents and students transitioning to new school environments such as university. She has worked in partnership with the ICF Colorado with clients as part of the UN Ignite: Engaging Humanity Through Education initiative - “a long-term strategy to advance social progress through coaching by aligning with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals set forth by the United Nations”. She is certified to administer and interpret the self- and 360-versions of the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)®.
